Beta status

TrendMe is an early beta product. Features shown as demo mode — including image generation, payment processing and automatic upload deletion — are not yet live, and the site says so wherever that is the case.

Your account and age

You must be 18 or older to buy a pack, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You can use TrendMe without an account.

Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you provide. You confirm you have the right to use them, including permission from anyone shown in them.

You may not upload photos of public figures in order to imply endorsement, or use TrendMe to impersonate or mislead.

What you get

A pack is a one-time purchase of US$3.99 covering four trend images, a vertical Reel/slideshow asset, a caption, hashtags and a suggested posting time. There is no subscription.

You may post and share your pack, including commercially, subject to these terms.

Payments and refunds

Live card payments are not connected yet; the current checkout is a clearly labelled demo and takes no money. When payments go live, purchases are processed by our payment provider and we will publish refund terms before charging anyone.

Referrals

Referral tracking is active. Referral rewards are described as coming during beta and are not automatically issued yet.

Liability

TrendMe is provided as-is during beta. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement or result from posting a pack.
